Why do I need a support page for my app?
Apple requires a support URL for every App Store submission. Google Play requires a way for users to contact you. StorePal gives you a professional support page that also works as a feedback collection system.
How do conversations work?
When a user submits feedback, you can reply from your dashboard. The user receives an email with a link to a conversation page where they can read your reply and respond. It's a full two-way thread.
Can I collect feedback from my native app?
Yes. Use the REST API with an API key to submit feedback directly from your iOS or Android app. You can also pass user context like device info, app version, and OS via the metadata field.
What are URL parameters for?
When linking to your support page from your app, you can pass parameters like ?name=John&email=john@example.com&app_version=2.1 to pre-fill the form and attach context metadata to every submission.
Where is my feedback data stored?
All feedback and conversation data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. Only you can access your app's feedback through the dashboard or API. StorePal does not sell or share your data with third parties.
Does it cost anything?
The core features — support page, feedback inbox, conversations, and email notifications — are completely free for up to 3 apps and 30 feedback per month. REST API access and API key management require the Pro plan at $9.90/year or $4.99/month. You can start free and upgrade anytime.
